Meet John Dickhaus, JD

Director

John L. Dickhaus is a Director of Estate & Gift Planning, where he works with donors to create meaningful and impactful gifts that support UF’s mission. John partners with the advancement teams at the College of Education, the College of Design, Construction and Planning, the College of the Arts, the College of Journalism and Communications, the Harn Museum of Art, the Florida Museum of Natural History, UF Performing Arts, and the Hamilton Center for Classical and Civic Education. He travels out of state to the Mid-Atlantic. A former trusts and estates attorney, John brings a unique blend of technical expertise and passion for UF’s philanthropy to his role. With experience in estate planning, probate and trust administration, tax law, real estate, and charitable giving, John helps donors achieve their philanthropic goals while ensuring the long-term advancement of UF.
